I came in to quit smoking and try an ecigarette. I have a very persistent cough and figured I'd give it a try. I've been using my new ecig about a week now and so surprised how quick I started feeling better. I was skeptical but now a believer. Great customer service - they walked me through the whole thing and very friendly. Thanks!

I purchased a starter kit including 2 batteries, a charger and,2 tanks. After 2 weeks one of the batteries just completely stops working. The idea of having 2 batteries is so while one is charging, the other is usable. I went to the Fashion Square location where I purchased the kit to ask if there was anything they could do since I really like the product, but after less than 3 weeks one battery says it's completely charged, but doesn't work. I was told that it had to be handled by the manufacturer. I was told to call them or e-mail them. Apparently the Kanger battery comes with a product authenticity card enclosed. I have the little card they spoke of but where the anti-counter feit code should be is blank. I don't know if I will get anywhere with the company directly because I question if this battery is really authentic like they said and really buying local needs to work both ways. Now I have the responsibility of tracking down all this information and replacing a battery that could have easily just been changed out. The gentleman that helped me recognized me and knows I just bought this kit. He just said I am so sorry, that battery should be able to be replaced as long as it is within 6 months. I enjoyed this while it was working and even sent a couple of people in who also purchased starter kits. I hope that there batteries last and they don't have an experience like I have had. I won't be referring anyone else your way and I am one very UNHAPPY customer. There are so many companies out there and by the looks of it I will be stuck doing on line business to resolve this matter, hopefully I can do business directly with someone who stands behind what they sell. I also noticed that your receipts say "no refunds, no exchanges, refer to the manufacturers warranty. Personally this is a horrible way of doing business. Carrie K.
