Agawa Companion Animal Hospital

I have worked at and been to a number of vets offices. They were wonderful people and provided great service for my animals. I would highly recommend this vet to anyone I know. Amazing people and amazing service. They aren't the vet out to get your money. It's obvious they are in it to help animals.

This Vet is amazing. I have many pets and have never seen a Vet that cares so much and is willing to take the time with you to make sure your pet gets the best care possible all around. I have taken my pets to Dr. Leis for 15years now. Her surgeries are beautiful with little to no scarring at all. She is truley Gods gift to animals. I always feel confident leaving my animals in the care of Dr. Leis and her staff.

Dirty, animals running all over office. One of the office dogs peed on the floor and no one cleaned it up in the 10-15 minutes I was there. Office staff kept telling me they would call to check up on my dog after surgery and they didn't, also when she got an infection and had to be taken back in 4 days later and they said again they would call to check on her they didn't. Made arrangements to drop my dog off 30 minutes early for her surgery, yet when I got there the door was locked. 5-6 minutes of knocking and no one answering the phone, still no one came to the door even though their cars where there. When I got a chance to leave my job to being her back over they offered no apology. Husband called to get amount due so he could pay over the phone, they didn't have to total and said they would call him back, which they didn't. No explanation of charges for anything. When my dog's paws got infected after the dew claw removal, the vet tech accused me of getting her paws wet which I didn't. She's a dog, she licks, she did it herself. Over all not pleased with office or staff. Save your animal, go elsewhere.
