        East End Counseling provides counseling in English and Spanish for clients seeking to recover from addictive behaviors and the associated issues such as depression and anxiety. We serve clients ages 18 and up. We provide support and counseling to families and couples. Katherine Mitchell is a licensed clinical social worker and certified alcohol and substance abuse counselor approved by the New York State Department of Motor Vehicles and the Office of Alcohol and Substance Abuse Services to provide alcohol assessments for court ordered clients. We provide family interventions using the ARISE model for families hoping to help a loved one seek treatment for addiction.
