I HAVE VISITED YOUR BRANCH WHICH IS LOCATED IN SADDLE BROOK NJ. I HAVE BAD EXPERIENCE FROM YOUR BRANCH WITH "STEPH-S???K" WHO IS YOUR ONE OF EMPLOYEE. SHE IS ORGINALY IN WEST NEW YORK BRANCH BUT THAT DAY SHE WAS THERE IN SADDLE BROOK WHICH I USUALLY VISIT.WHILE I WAS STAYING THE STORE I FEEL THAT SHE HAS REALLY BAD ATTITUDE TO ME. I HAVE BEEN VISITING THE SALON CENTRIC FOR A LONG TIME FOR MY BUSINESS SINCE IT WAS EMILIANI. HOWEVER, THIS IS THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. SHE SHOWS A RIDICULE MANY TIMES WHILE I WAS THERE. IT IS PERSONALLY WORST FEEL EVER. IF SHE IS A RACICAL DISCREMINATION BECAUSE I AM AN ASIAN, YOUR COMPANY MUST EDUCATE "STEPH-S???K" ASAP.

The girls that work in salon Centric saddle brook are very rude they are not kind and nice

Worst customer service ever!!! Employees are not welcoming and have a very bad attitude ..all of them especially the manager! !!!

Honestly, I normally do not write negative reviews unless I feel strongly compelled to. I have been here several times for supplies in restocking for our salon. Was not happy with the customer service, and did not feel welcome. The sales person (not sure if she is the manager or not) who was very rude to us was named Dana.
