        Mad! RUDE. RUDE. RUDE!!!

        Rude. Rude. Rude! " Steven who has apparently only been working there for the past two weeks needs to absolutely not work in the customer service industry. I literally walked out in tears today. I'm furious. I also wrote a formal complaint to corporate. I'm so mad!!!!!!!
