DON'T GO!! GET YOUR MONEY BACK FROM GROUPON! MASSAGE IS INTERUPPTED BY THE NOISY PEOPLE IN THE TINY WEIRD TUB SOAK, YOU CAN HEAR EVERY THING GOING ON AT THE RECEPTIONIST DESK AND A CAT! VERY UNSANITARY! RECEPTIONIST AWKWARD AND I DIDN'T GET MY WINE OR TEA THAT I WAS INCLUDED IN MY PACKAGE OR MY TUB SOAK, (NOT THAT I WOULD HAVE EVEN PUT MY TOE IN THAT DIRTY THING). HOPE THIS HELPS AT LEAST ONE PERSON STEER CLEAR.

We also had a groupon and were excited to use it based on the reviews we have seen, let me start off by saying the massage was wonderful Luda did a fantastic job! That was in fact the only pleasant thing about this place. The whole time we were getting our massage we could hear the other people in the tub soak, the receptionist on the phone and walking up and down the hall. The waiting area is very small it would comfortably fit two people and we had four crammed on the little bench. After the massage we were very relaxed and were willing to overlook all the little things that made it less enjoyable. The icing on the cake was as we were leaving the receptionist said, "We do accept gratuity and you can leave some." I thought how presumptuous of her and absolutely rude!! Little did she know we had already generously tipped the young ladies who did our massage. I don't know if she expected a tip for her annoying behavior the entire time or what?! After that comment I knew I had to write a review I was going to let it all go because the massage was good, but we were very offended upon leaving. Oh and loose the cat, I am all for animals but not roaming around a spa.

The owners still owe us money for work we performed over a year ago. They have made no attempt to make payment arrangements and are dodging our attorney handling this deliquent account.

Doesn't say much for the integrity of a business. I would never patronize this business. It's no wonder they require a credit card to hold an appointment spot. they don't pay up, so they expect that their customers won't either. This is the only customer we've had in our 4 year small business that did not pay their bill.
