Bowlers Paradise

Pray you never need to return anything if you use this site. I bought about $1000 of products over time but on the last order I bought shoes for my wife and me. Hers were Elite Ariel Pink Womens Bowling Shoes Item# 0000308-000147. When she tried them, she couldn't slide in them. The slide pad was higher than the rubber around the front of the shoe so the rubber lip on the front was hitting the ground as soon as she stood on them. Sarah, from customer support, had me send her pics and when she got them said she didn't see anything wrong. All that was evident in the pics was how the front rubber lip was jagged and if you looked closely enough you could see the 1/16” overlap of the rubber. She didn't even acknowledge that and said she'd take them for an exchange but expected me to pay shipping to return them. I cut the rubber down myself and they are working now but I will never buy another item from this site.

What a joke, I placed an order for 2 shoes and a bowling bag. Received the shoes and no bowling bag. I called the customer service and the agent told me that the bag was sent separately. OK, if you are sending it separately than let someone know because I didn't get a tracking number or anything and I have not received it yet. I am still waiting to hear back about my bowling bag. Will I ever do business with these people again, HELL NO.

I placed an order for a bowling bag and then read the reviews of others afterwards. Based on what I had read, I felt I had made a mistake ordering from Bowlers Paradise. But the merchandise arrived less than a week after I ordered it (in new condition as expected). The company didn't send me a tracking number via email as they said they would and I had to contact customer service, which seems to only respond to emails and not phone calls. I never did get the tracking number but as long as I got the merchandise I can't really complain. The Bowler's Paradise price was the lowest on the internet and the shipping cost (FEDEX) was comparable to other companies offering the bag for sale. So I give them 4 stars for price and shipping service but feel their customer service could be improved.

This site also known as Bowlers Outlet and Elite Bowling International is the worst site for merchandise I have ever seen ! I bought a ball that they said was sent too me twice and I never got the ball or refunded yet ! Three months now ! BEWARE and RUN !

Buyer beware!!! I would not recommend shopping here. The items listed for free come with a very hefty shipping price -- that doesn't matter whether they are free bowling balls or free t-shirts. Seems to me that means the items are not FREE. The owner is indifferent to customer satisfaction. There are many other online bowling websites that value customer satisfaction -- shop there instead.
