It has been pointed out to me that there are a few nasty reviews out there on the internet about my store. While they are sadly true...they are over a year old. I've worked very hard to clean up the appearance of my store. It made me think though...and I've decided that instead of pinterest tonight I'll spend a few hours writing positive reviews for my favorite local businesses. It seems the mean people out there have time to be mean, and I will make weekly time to be kind. While you're sitting there thinking of something to do, google the name of a few of your favorite businesses and say something positive and uplifting. I refuse to let mean people win this round. I.do wish I could right whatever wrongs I caused back in 2011...but here's to a better year :) who's with me? I'm getting started now.

Stori Stark Clement There ya go girlie....kill em with kindness that is what I have heard all my life..Ya know what...we all make mistakes, and we all learn from them. That is what life is all about..making ourselves better the next day than we were the day before....Keep up the good work sis....

Lorrie Cline Fields Callie, I am pretty sure that people can see from your pictures that your store is very pleasant looking! I love your stuff! If I lived down there, I would definitely look you up! And it seems like you have a very loyal following of people who will let people in the local area know that you have changed your stores appearance as well. Can't do anything about he past, except to do better in the future-and you are! And heck, sometimes you can't please people, I have customers who tell me my shop needs to be "messier"!

Lucinda Caul Bean You have already been well on your way....It is hard as heck to humble oneself, to the point of downright excruciating, and there are no words to express how proud of you I am. Human nature wants to quickly point out everybody elses wrongdoings & blame everybody else in the world for their problems, instead of owning our own mistakes. But one of the TOUGHEST first steps is ACKNOWLEDGING it...you know the rest. You are already Waaay past this & you've held your head up high and you didn't give up! That's HARD! Good for you! NOW........EVERYBODY has been given a 2nd chance by somebody, somewhere along the way, AND I know if they think REAL HARD about it, they will remember how THEY felt when in the same position as you at that time. And I think they will also remember how incredible it felt to be forgiven and to be given another chance....instead of the "cast off". Keep heaping those burning hot coals and smile!! YOU ARE LOVED & APPRECIATED. Keep up the GREAT work!

Nichole Haig Kitishian Try not to let it get you down. The classless people always have time to be classless!! My husband deals with this all the time. He has three businesses and has won many awards for his customer service but there are always going to be classless and jealous people. Before my husband and I opened Official no one cared to look at downtown as a business location but look at downtown Ruston now!!! It looks amazing and has so many new things to offer! Your doing great dont let anyone get you down;)

Poor appearance. Poor attitude of the "business owner". Not a very welcoming site when you go into the cluttered trashed up looking business. Thought I was walking into a thrift store not an indoor Yard Sale. Displeased with the way myself and other customers have been treated by the owner of this "store" when she has been given feedback on treatment by her to her customers. I will not be back in her store EVER and neither will any of my family and friends. They are all disappointed that a business as such is in our town and that if you are not 100% behind her on her prices, merchandise, attitude problem and drama filled gossip that she trashes her customer and acts as if life is the halls of high school.

I love this store. I've been a customer since she opened and the store has become a lot more organized since they moved into the new building. She gets a lot more antique furniture and I find a lot of shabby chic items. I find her prices to be very reasonable to cheap and she's always been very honest and point out damage on an item before I buy it. I recommend people to this store all the time.

First of all just let me say I love thrift shops, so I was excited about the arrival of Callie's Corner. I was horribly dissapointed! I've been in this shop on 4 different occasions, each time hoping for the best. Each time I was dissapointed, junk was everywhere, prices high, store was just messy!
