She is a terrible dentist. She started a root canal on my daughter and then her receptionist kept calling and rescheduling her appointment. Since there is a limited amount of time, which I was unaware of at the time but should have been informed of and definitely the dentist office should have been aware of, the time period went past the time needed to finish the root canal. The end result was that a 12 year old child lost her tooth. I have heard similar experiences from other people since this occurred. Do yourself and/or your family a favor and STAY AWAY FROM THIS DENTIST.

Professional and got me out of pain!

Very Good dental services. Had a great experience with Dr. Preston! She was very careful. She also was very informative. The best dentist I've been to thus far.

Had to be the worst dental experience I have ever had. This lady is rude, abrasive, arrogant, unprofessional, blunt, offensive, etc. Not enough negative words could describe this lady. I would do dental work on myself before I would allow that woman to touch my teeth again.

My child was examined in this office, and following the exam I was told that my kid had "a few cavities". There was no lengthy discourse on what needed to be done. I was told, in short, that they wouldn't know what all they needed to do until "they got in there". When I objected to them not providing me with a statement of intended services and estimated patient responsibility, I was finally told that my kid had NINE cavities but they still couldn't give me a definitive answer as to how much I'd have to pay. They could only give me a "best case scenario". I immediately took my kid to a different dentist for a second opinion. The second dentist told me my child had... ZERO cavities. I was stunned. He conceded that my kid a few spots that may EVENTUALLY turn into cavities, but there was nothing that had breached the enamel. I still can't believe that this office planned to put my kid through so much unnecessary dental pain. I will never go here again.
