Cypress Creek Assisted Living Residence

Understaffed at night. Smells bad in the hallways. Management is rude. I took my mother out second month there. Found better for 1000 less a month.
Needs all new management!

My mother was placed at Cypress Creek about 6 weeks ago. Everything was fine (at least I thought it was) until the day I asked for a copy of my Mom's file. I always keep her records no matter where she goes. I do the same with my father. Well, long story short, they called my father the same day (who is very sick) in and gave him a 45 day notice saying while they can satisfy the needs of my mother, they cannot satisfy the needs of me (daughter). That was the whole letter. Then they had a meeting with my father & my brother about me, saying all these things of which I have no idea what was said. I wasn't allowed to attend the meeting. They won't put anything in writing and according to the meeting, I'm not allowed to talk to administration or any of the help. I've done nothing to deserve this and now they are putting my elderly parents through this for what? Because Kate doesn't like me? They did say something about me taking notes. But I always take notes. It had nothing to do with them. It was about my mom. She fell 3 times in the first 8 days she was there. The last time required a trip to the ER. However, the dr who sees her weekly told me she knew nothing about any of the falls. I have all this in writing. So, as much as I hate to have her move, I'd rather her be somewhere with people I believe I can trust. I don't know how they are getting away with this. But it ain't over yet. Btw, it is privately owned so they can do what they want to I guess is their thought process.
