Sent a check as a deposit. Decided to cancel the project before they ever started anything. They didn't even have my car in their possession. Did absolutely 0 work but kept my money. Scamming, deceitful liars.

We ordered a Jeep trailer in May 2016 and paid have our deposit, and were told we would get the trailer in 4 weeks. I called in 4 weeks, and Marty told me "oh now it takes that long to make and there are 12 people in front of you. If you pay your balance to me by the end of the day, I will bump you up to the front of the line... to the 3rd spot." Today it is Sept 2016, I have called, left messages, and emailed... nothing. Terrible business. So as of today we are out $5k+!!! Supposedly they do work for the US govn't?! I bet they don't screw them over!

Horrible business...scammers of your money...Tough Terrain Trailers (RaceFab Inc.) I ordered my off-road trailer back in August 2015 with a 4-6 weeks completion time. It is now April 2016 and still no trailer. I have disputed the credit card company and lost due to Marty Jackson's lies. Every week its the same thing...your trailer is coming along nicely. It should be done in a couple more weeks, but every few weeks it gets pushed back another two weeks. So here we are in April 2016 and no trailer and she has keep my $3500 deposit. She has not only done this to me, but to 2 other people that I have met on Facebook. I have now retained an attorney to get my money back. Please do not, or at least reconsider when you do business with this company.
