When I was visiting once a week and they were making more money off me, thy treated me as if I was important and though there still were problems they were dealt with. As soon as my visits slowed down, I went from important to nothing. My chart was consistently wrong in both medications and even illness. Every single time I have tried to do mail order prescription refills, they have messed up not only the dates, but the medications: even after numerous phone calls to try and fix the problem. I am in the process of finding a new doctor now as this has become unacceptable.
