I absolutely love this place. I was nervous to take my puppy Emme in to get a professional grooming, because I've always done it myself. The owner, knowing I was nervous, spent extra time with me and Emme, showing me how she would groom her, and she also calmed my nervous Emme down. When I left, my dog was comfortable in her arms. When I returned to pick up Emme, my little girl was absolutely adorable, and in a happy mood! I could tell that my puppy was treated with kindness, and I was pleased. I will continue to use Le Paw Pet Grooming because of the way the owner cared. I was put at ease after meeting her, but most importantly, my puppy was calm when I left and happy when I returned. They did an excellent job, and I highly recommend them.
Thank you Le Paw for an excellent job of taking care of my baby! We will be back!

I can't believe you could treat customers in the manner you do. I am disturbed to see this type of customer service come from people who claim to love animals. My dog came back with uneven cuts, and a style that I didn't ask for and I was screamed at by a grown man claiming the random uneven lines and chopped look was part of the "look". I will NEVER go back and will continue to let everyone know about my experience as well as the other reviews I have found. How can you run a business with no concern for you customers and continue to treat people in this manner. How did you treat my dog when I wasn't there since there in no way to see the grooming area I wonder.

I brought my dog in for a appointment. A female owner told me, when setting appointment, that they charged $29.95 for small dogs and $39.95 for larger dogs. On the phone, she seems very pleasant. I showed up for my appointment and was told it was going to be $50.00. I said ok, but that wasn't what I was quoted over the phone. About 45 minutes after I dropped off my dog she called me, very angry, and told me to come get my dog and take her somewhere else. She then complained about me questioning why the price went up. Then she hung up the phone on me before I even said one word in return.

I went to pick up my dog and not a word from them explaining the strange outburst. If they had a -5 for unprofessional behavior I would have gave it to this so called company. Don't bring your dog here. I'm very surprised that they're still in business.

I should've listened to other reviews. The dog I was looking to get groomed is a mini schnauzer. I called before coming is and spoke to a friendly woman who is the groomer and was told to just come in for a walk in. When I arrive I am greeted by a man who seems stand offish. I explain that I would like a schnauzer cut, #10 on the back #7 on the ears and I like the beard round vs the standard square cut. The man does not write any of this down and only takes my dog's name and my phone number. I pick up my dog 2 hours later, pay for service and my dog is brought out. I have a schnauzer who now has no beard! I address this and am told my the man he can't put the hair back on and will not give a refund. I ask what can be done to fix it? The man then yells "I don't know what to tell ya lady!" He then walks away into the next room yelling and I take my receipt and leave. After getting home and upon further inspection I find not only it the beard got but uneven lines in parts of the cut.

Called to set up an appt for my 2 dogs. Was quoted 19.95 for each of my dogs. Got there it went up to 30.00,saying no it was 19.95. Showed a picture of a short teddy bear for one. Told him what I wanted done on the other. Haircut completely done wrong and on the wrong dogs. They were straglers up to an inch. We showed her where they were but she said that we could trim them up at home. Really!? Isn't that what I just paid you for! We got home and OMG she didn't do a sanitary, and we are finding more and more wrong. Called them and she said bring them in and hold them while she cuts. Noooo. If you are this big time groomer why do you need me to hold them? Next, I said I would like a refund she said no. Bring them in amd we will fix them. You gave the wrong haircut to the wrong dog how can you fix it. I told her what I wanted, she said ok we will check the recordings. I said recordings? She says yes in case this happens. I said good pull them and ot will be the same as I said earlier. Asked her hope there was a camera also so she coild see it. Asked for a refund again and the man said you can talk all I want you ain't getting a refund. Well theres the internet. Obtw got free dog ice.

I was look for a good groomer for my dogs and I thought that I had. The first time she did my dog he look great. So six months later when we went to bring in both of our dogs was told that she would not do them. We was told in a very rude way that they don't take dog with any knots in the fur. Second reason why they wouldn't take my dog was because both was black. The groomer give us the reason was because she has Cataracs so she can't see very well to cut dogs with dark hair. For someone who brags about how great groomer she is and that she has a client that works for Disney. She is not all that and need to go in to surgery for her cataract. If you are willing to chance take your dog go for it.

My yorkie looks like this groomer/owner buzz my whole dog complete uneven long in some places and skin showing in others it looks horible and she charged extra for a botch job I would not ever come to la paws ever again
