Dry Clean Xpress

Awful!!! Customer service is terrible! I only gave them one star, because you can't give no stars! I took some curtains there to be hemmed and the seamstress did a horrible job. My three year old could have cut a straighter line. Plus she left only a 1 inch hem (standard for curtains in 6 inches), so there was no material to work with to fix them. I told him I wanted a refund and he said he'd check with his boss. No one ever called me. I had to call them several times (no one ever answers). When I finally got ahold of him he said he asked her and she won't refund my money. He said she was independent from them, but refused to give me her phone number. Then he basically said it was my fault and I should have taken them somewhere else, because they only do dry cleaning. Why then do they advertise they do alterations? My husband has been taking his dry cleaning there for a long time (they are cheap and on his way to work) and that's how they treat good customers?! Terrible!!!
