        Overall

        I like that they are so close to my house, makes it convenient. However they NEVER open on time. It's nice to get chores done early and when they say open at 9, PLEASE OPEN AT 9!!!!!

        Drop off location. I love that they are so close to my house, it makes it convenient when I am cleaning house and want to get rid of things quikly.
