Dl Progressive Solutions

This is by far the worst car insurance company you could go with. I was in a car accident while driving my wife's car, of course with marriage it is "our" car, but the insurance was under my wife's name. No problem though since we are married. The problem came when they researched every call my wife ever made to the company to find a way out of paying the claim of less than $10,000. They found one call where their operator suggested excluding me from being able to drive her car, of which I was covered. They need a signed waiver from her to exclude me and since my wife was trying to get off the phone, she said fine, send it to me to review. How sneaky trying to set people up like that. Well, my wife never signed the waiver or even reviewed it since Progressive made a "rare" mistake and never even mailed it out. They denied our claim since she accepted reviewing the the never mailed waiver. Illegal yes. Terrible company. My insurance company, Farmers, picked the claim up and all was saved (recently married is why the different insurances). I despise no company more than this horrible internet insurance company. Our rates where lower after we left them too!!! THE ABSOLUTE WORSE!!!
