Rows and rows of cars that you can look at without pushy sales people all over you. The trade in process is easy and not having to deal with that back and forth negotiating is amazing.

I made my decision at home and watched online on their app for what I wanted to become available. When it did, I called and told them it was at a nearby location (about 45 min away). They transferred the car up to my location for me to test drive and I walked out with the car that night. They were awesome! Excellent customer experience.

We bought a car from here, comes with car fax and it was clean. 3 years later we take it to them to possibly upgrade and they come back with a car fax saying it was in an accident and a panel was replaced! When we had it it was never in an accident! This place is a scam!

We have purchased 5 cars from CarMax over the years and every single time it is easy and reasonably priced. The sales people are happy to help you look at cars and will let you test drive as many as you would like without pressuring you to purchase a car. When you do buy a car, the process is streamlined and simple. You can get a loan right there and then you have a month to replace it if you find a better option for you. The cars are checked out, have a set price, and are in great shape. I recommend this place for a positive buying experience.
