Best Western Plus Orchid Hotel & Suites

Nice hotel. All amenities included in room. Also had hot breakfast included and free drinks in evening. Pool, good area, close to freeway.

Nice employees but the hotel needs some polishing. Interiors are worn out but the breakfast was pretty good. Good location near the freeway.

What a great hotel and priced so reasonable. Especially for everything you get. This is one of, if not thee, best hotel. They have truly thought of everything. Pet friendly, VERY clean, extemely pleasant people. They go out of their way to make sure you have any and everything you need to be happy and comfortable. These people remember what customer service is and they aren't afraid to give it. They have beautiful spacious rooms, the pillows and mattresses are so comfortable. Complimentary real breakfasts, they even give you a complimentary cocktail at their on site lounge where they also have complimentary hors d'oeuvres. Great ambiance in the patio area, beautiful pool and spa area. Free computer usage in their computer room for guests and when you check in they even give you a little gift package. Nicely secured rooms and parking. Rooms also have refrigerators, microwaves, coffee maker, iron, ironing board, 2 tv's, vhs player in livingroom area, (this was not a suite but a standard 2 double bed room) plentiful towels, extra pillows, alarm clocks, and many more things. We will definitely revisit this hotel any time we're in Roseville, Ca. and I highly recommend that you do too. Enjoy, I know you will !!!!!!
