McDonald's

Today, after driving for 3 hours, I stopped at your McDonald's (Rose City) to get my afternoon Latte, in the city that I live in, I am well known at our local McDonald's for ordering a "Large non fat Latte, Plain Please." several times a day. I know what plain latte taste like.

At noon, I ordered a "Large non-fat latte, plain please," Before I leave the parking lot I took a sip, it had flavor .....I pulled back around and (again at high noon...) to let them know that I was given the wrong drink..........I hand the drink to the girl at the first window. I pull to the next window and a lady is
standing with a cup of liquid with the lid off smelling it.. She then in turn, informed me that this is Espresso and Milk, I said yes thinking that she made me a new one. Wrong........It was the one that I returned.........She told me three times that it was plain, I said let me taste it, I was beginning to doubt myself, nope it has syrup in it............I explain to her once again .. The "Lady" said "MAKE HER A NEW ONE" (in a loud voice) Shaking her head abruptly dumping it down what I THINK is a sink, or she placed it in the corner.This I am not sure on. ...All the while shaking her head in a no manner. . I do KNOW that I was highly offended, extremely so, as I stated I know what a plain latte taste like.........At 12:00, why else would I choose to go through the drive through again.... I don't appreciate an employee being rude calling me a liar then developing a further attitude. Even If, IF I could have been wrong........Who would want a cup of coffee that a woman had the lid off with her nose in it. Who does she think she is? I am a customer.. How dare she.....How dare she be so offensive. I am NOT a liar... I have never been treated as poorly by customer service employee. Again, I can't begin to tell you how offended that I am. She had no business.............
