They dont open on time and the employee is very RUDE. When asked why they opened late, the employee did not even make eye contact with me and didnt care to apologize for the inconvience.

this currency exchange machine for car sticker registration is broken.the swipe card reader is non functional.the employee are rude they are giggling while you are waiting for the machine to be fixed.they could have told you to go somewhere.
