Went to get just a sofa and chair. Our salesperson was very accomidating and patient. No pressure, no up-selling. Found what we wanted, did the paperwork and out. Very smooth process. Also noted they had a better selection of sofas than the Joliet store.

Our home was destroyed by a tornado this summer and we went to Ashley to replace the furniture. While the house was being rebuilt, I had to sleep in a camper. When we were getting ready to move in, we got the furniture lined up ahead of time. I've been sleeping on a floor with a sleeping bag for over 2 months now because they keep delivering damaged furniture and trying to bum it off as new furniture. The latest batch had a piece of cracked furniture that had been filled in with putty that did not even match and was bummed off on us as new. That is essentially fraud. Steer clear of this company.



As of writing this, I am still sleeping on the floor because of this terrible company.
