Only gave them one star because I couldn't give NEGATIVE stars...DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY! There is NO maintenance, no regard for health issues, etc. We had white mold under our kitchen sink...they did nothing..we had raccoons in the attic..again, nothing...ALL the pipes leaked and roared...just a nightmare! Please heed this warning...we wish we had!

If I could give them a negative 5 stars I would. If at all possible I would highly advise you to avoid them at all costs. The staff in the Rome office is very rude and unprofessional. The apartment I've been living in for 3 years now is decent, and I hate to leave, but I simply cannot put up with them anymore. They constantly send maintenance into my apartment every year without any notice in non emergency situations, in clear violation of my lease agreement. I work night shift and sleep during the day, and this is not only startling to me, it's also disruptive of my daily life. I've gone to their office on multiple occasions and called frequently asking them to at least notify me ahead of time by phone if they are sending the plumbers in to adjust the thermostat, but all in vain. The plumbers show up unannounced, knock a couple of times, and before I can even get to the door they unlock it and barge in. It's very anxiety inducing, and they have not sought to correct the issue in the least. On top of those issues, they are now implementing building wide apartment searches on a regular basis. This is unnaceptable. My experience with them has been absolutely horrible.
