The only reason I gave 4 stars were it says service. Is because the deliver person and assembly person acts like they do not want to assembly the stuff and deliver it

Im so disappointed that I don't even know where to begin. I purchased a couch and loveseat along with two end tables and a coffee table for 798.00. I asked about the same day delivery and was assured it would be delivered that same day. I had to make several calls to ask where my furniture was, as it was getting late in the day. It finally arrived at 10:45 pm. For a 65.00 delivery fee you'd at least expect it not to be there that late, the guys bring my furniture in and literally hand me a paper to sign...Didn't unwrap it, didn't place it where it goes, left my tables in the box for me to assemble. Once asembled, I finally got to sit on my new couch. The left couch arm feels like it's broke and makes a loud thumping sound when I sit down. The table package is way too small for the couch and loveseat. Something which I asked the salesman before purchasing it. I had planned to get a new bedroom suite and dining room table and chairs from there as well. Now I thank God I didn't and will honestly say this is the worst furniture store and service I've ever experienced in my 49 years of life.
