My company has been using Bob Bryce for over 10 years and he has been the best! He and his team are always so helpful and on top of any insurance situations and questions. You cannot ask for someone who is more personable and knowledgeable then them and cannot be more relieved that my company has him as our broker!!

Beware of Bob Bryce owner. I purchased a health policy from Bob through my employer Field Connections which is located in Bob’s office building. After being let go from the company Bob advised me to keep the policy as a COBRA plan. I did this and paid premiums through the eCOBRA website paying me up until 9/14/14. Little did I know his friend “Chuck” across the hall cancelled the policy on July 1st I didn’t even think that was legal. When I asked Bob Bryce where the premiums went he told me Chuck’s account. I asked him to fix the situation and he then avoided my calls for two days. When I told the story to an employee he suddenly called me back and attempted to bully me into accepting one month premium refund even though I have sent all the documentation to him. First he said Chuck got the money then he said the policy premium would be refunded by the insurance company. Both statements cannot possibly be true. Either way I have been left with no coverage and have premiums paid in for three more weeks at this point and he has told me to stop calling. AVOID THIS COMPANY
