        Overall

        Several new checkers have joined in and they are not customer service oriented. They are rude. Pharmacy department does not have enough checkers. It seems like they have more cooks in the backshop than those working to help customer checkout. More Gossiping going in the back room amongst the technicians as opposed to helping customers. Only good worker in Pharmacy staff is Michael the young man from China. All the girls are useless, they act like Grocery Clerks as opposed to Pharmacy Technicians. Pharmacy back room staff service he deteriorated since the change of Pharmacy Manager

        Gone downhill

        This used to be an AWSESOME Longs, but no more. Clueless staff, Photo shut down or only open with one poor overworked clerk, Long lines & poor customer service in the pharmacy.



        Don't bother, I used to love this one, but these days there is Zero Customer service, duh, there are so few employees!
