Subway

I unfortunately had a terrible experience with the rogersville subway. I ordered a large order over the phone for 6 sandwiches. I had them written down on a paper so that I could read them to her over the phone. The lady who took my order was acting frazzled, busy, and annoyed that I had such a large order (it was for a wedding party). After a 20 min order over the phone I gave them almost an hour to make the sandwiches before I drove up there and picked them up. When I got there to pick them up, I felt they were cold. 4 of the 6 were supposed to be toasted so I figured they finished making them and they had gotten cold. I drove on home to find that 5 of the 6 sandwiches were completely wrong, the wrong bread, the wrong vegetables.. EVERYTHING was wrong. When I called back, the lady who took the order owned up and apologized for messing up one of the sandwiches but then accused me of giving the wrong order for the other 4 that were messed up! I asked for a full refund and of course, it was not possible to give me one. I'm still not sure how a nationwide franchise can't do full refunds. They said they were going to send me coupons to my address. I have yet to receive those but it doesn't matter because I will never be going there again!

i just want to say....in all my years of subway experiance...by far and away the rogersville missouri store is without a doubt the BEST ever...i have never had anything but the best sandwiches and the best service from any kind of restaurant period...everyone that works there is always kind and polite and they make the best sanwiches...you should use that store to train others!!!!! just wanted to share a positive revue instead of a negative one...we luv subway ♥♥♥
