I would like to write a review for this salon. It is full of talented women, the owner Kelly deserves a hand for always being a great leader and owner. The place is one of the few places in Rockwall that has staff that has been there for many years. Who can please everyone when you deal with many types of people and hair, but if your intention is such, you tried., to err is human-to try and try again is passion. Mirror-Mirror is a great place! I know from experience this salon is established and has continued to put out beautiful clients. Thanks again for YEARS of giving and small business women deserve kudos!

BEST ANYWHERE!!!!! I live in Kansas and I FLY back to get my hair done at this salon. I cannot say enough about the excellent service that I received as well as the attention to detail! From the moment I walk into the door to when I leave I am taken care of. I would recommend this salon to anyone. Kelley is an artist at what she does from the way she does hair to the way the salon looks as well as her employees.

It's a disaster soon as you walk though their doors! The front desk has no CLUE at all. Well, let's get to the good part... OR NOT..... DON'T BUY ANY GIFT CARDS FROM HERE.... THEY WILL NOT BE REDEEM!!!! I HAVE BEEN TRY TO USES THESES CARDS EVERY SINCE 2010!!!!! NEVER CAN'T KEEP ANYONE IN THE SPA AREA. THE LAST THERAPIST WAS GREAT....BEST I EVER HAD!!!! CALL BACK TO RESCHEDULE.... THE THERAPIST NOT THERE!!!! DON'T BOTHER WITH THE OWNER.... BOY DOES SHE HAVE ISSUES!!!!! IN OTHERWISE DON'T EXPECT TO GET A REFUND... IT'S BETTER TO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE ANYWAY!!!!!

I have been a client of Mirror Mirror for years now and have received nothing but exceptional service and a great cut and color. The salon is clean, everyone is always friendly and I know I can count on my styilist to be professional and do a great job every.single.time! I love Mirror Mirror and won't go anywhere else to get my locks worked on!

Jana Crow gave me the worst haircut of my life. She cut off over 6 inches of my hair without my approval. My hair is the shortest it's ever been in my life. She was continually cutting my hair even when I stood up to write the check for the crappy haircut.

When I contacted the owner she was petulant and rude and refused to reimburse me for the additional $65 I spent having my hair "fixed" after a botched haircut. Not only do they have incompetent staff, the owner is RUDE and unhelpful so if you end up with a bad haircut you won't get anything but angry.
