I needed my carpets cleaned because my dog that has been house-trained for years suddenly started marking in my new house. I did some research of local carpet cleaners online and Courteous Carpet Care had the best reviews so I gave them a call. Jerry came the very next day and I could not be happier with the results. He was very friendly and honest about what treatments were needed to get rid of spots and odors. He was also up front with his pricing and gave me a great deal. When he finished, he told me that the odors might still be there for a couple of days while the enzymes continued working and to call him back if I wasn’t satisfied. But of course everything looks and smells good as new. Hopefully I won’t have this problem again anytime soon, but if I do I know who I’ll be calling. I would recommend Courteous Carpet Care to everyone.
