        Overall

        Beware of deceptive business practices. They bombard you with exceptional savings coupons but typically items that are not on sale and therefore should be covered by the deals are often excluded. The reason - a qualification on the coupon that says not valid on selected items. Typically most of the other items always seem to be one of those selected items. What's worse the staff are clueless as to what the selected items actually are. If the item is not discounted at checkout and it usually isn't - their reasoning goes - it must be a selected item. Alas, they do not have the ability to override this, they do not have a list of selected items, and the price tag at the item says nothing about it being a selected item.

        Why advertise coupons and then not honor them - Not a good way to build customer loyalty. It's a sleazy operation!
