Staff wasn't very friendly and they were priced at a level where they should be giving pretty darn good service. I would rather spend my money else where.

They were late for my massage appointment by 10 min which was not made up for at the end of my massage. There was no music during my massage which I wish there was because I feel the music is relaxing and I don't like the awkward silence. The part that irritated me the most was that I had a gift certificate that I still had $5 credit on and they wouldn't put it towards my tip or give me the cash back and said I had a $5 credit there. I will not be back
