This "company" is a joke. I didn't even want to give them one star, they don't even deserve that. I'd report this to the BBB but go figure, they aren't a part of it!! They don't care about their customers, they only care about money. I mailed my payment out on time and they didn't receive it before Friday. So on Saturday they came and repossessed my vehicle. By Saturday my payment was only one day late with their "grace period", 3 days without it. When the nephew of the owner came to take my car, they stalked me while I was driving with my children in the car, when I arrived home they stopped and parked. I didn't know it was them but was scared someone was following me. So when the nephew walked up I asked what he was doing. He said he was going to take the vehicle. I told him no, that my payment was mailed and I had duplicate checks and showed him the receipt of the check. He said he didn't care. I asked to get my sons car seat out of the car and some other essential items and he was very mean about it. He told me to call them on Monday. When I called I left 3 messages and nobody called back. Every time I called to speak to Wayne the owner I was told he wasn't there and either got hung up on or was treated very mean when I asked to leave a message. Funny thing is when I went there to get the rest of my stuff from my vehicle he was there and treating me very mean. All he cared about was money, not trying to help me get my vehicle back. If he would've returned my calls it would be completely different. He was not nice to me at all. This place is a bunch of crooks. Don't go here. Go to someplace nice like JD Byrider. Where they offer warranties and actually fix things wrong with the cars, not loop you through a big ordeal to fix something. They repo quickly so they can add money into your account!! They don't care about helping their customers.
