We hired Mr. Cronin to assist in gaining full custody of our daughter after her mother had lost custody. We thought DSS was the difficult party until we dealt with Mr. Cronin. We were extremely dissatisfied and displeased with the service we received, or lack thereof. We were fully aware of his hourly rate, as well as the rate for his paralegal. The paralegal got our daughter's file from DSS, Mr. Cronin called us ONE time for 3 minutes the week of our court hearing, and he spent 1 hour of his time at the court hearing (which was open and shut, requiring no effort on his part). Including the fee for our initial visit with him (which was also a waste of time) we paid $2,000! For what?! To make matters worse, when we called back after the hearing to have him submit for an order to terminate the child support payments we were still paying, he and his office ignored our multiple calls and would not respond. Complete waste! Please, do not waste your money at Michael Brown Law Firm!

The Law Office of Michael L Brown, Jr represented me, and they were awesome. They stayed on top of my case and returned all of my calls. Mr. Browns Paralegal is awesome as well. I didn't encounter Suzi, but the office staff I did encounter was very professional, and helpful as well. Mr. Brown is an awesome attorney, and he really knows his stuff.

Paid for Michael Brown but got his PI and associate instead. Michael never met the client he was paid for until case was in court. Apparently he sees no problem with this and told us so. We were told Michael could work his "magic" and get us what we wanted. Instead we would have been better off with a public defender who would have least known the case. Money very much wasted!

Stay away from. They sign you up and then never contact you. You end up with someone you've never spoken to showing up and then allowing you to get taken for a ride. Every time you try and get info...the only thing you get is billed.



Takes months to get paperwork and then the office person Suzi is a smart mouth and treats you like dirt. Then you get dragged off to Civil Court when you can't even try and pay them...
