AIDS Center at Strong Memorial gained designation as a center for excellence in HIV/AIDS care by the New York State Department of Health in 1987. The center is dedicated to providing care to persons living with HIV and their families. It also offers support systems in both inpatient and outpatient settings. These services are provided across a number of programs. The center's disease related services include Adult Clinic, Pediatric and Maternal Health Clinic, Mental Health Clinic and Social Work/Case Management.
