Before joining the firm, John was an Assistant District Attorney for Monroe County prosecuting violent felony offenses. During his near seven years with the District Attorneyâ€™s office he gained extensive trial experience prosecuting various offenses including sex crimes and child abuse cases. John is a graduate of the University of Dayton School of Law and LeMoyne College.

Katie is an expert in Federal and New York practice and procedure, and is a skillful legal writer. She has been a lecturer on the topics of effective appellate advocacy and Federal Court practice and procedure at continuing legal education programs presented by the New York State Academy of Trial Lawyers and the New York State Bar Association.
