        Overall

        Doctors are great but I am thinking of switching due to their service and response time.



        Their secretaries and service of appointments and prescriptions is not professional and not good at all.

        *** if you call you have to stay on hold for 10+ minutes minimum, then you get to someone and they seem annoyed when you are asking for help clarifications, this is peoples lives you have to wait 24-48 hours.....are you kidding me?

        lastly forget if you need a response within a day, do not reach out, with questions, etc

        it is absolutely unprofessional and ridiculous

        and if you ask if they can get you a letter within the day giving them 5 hours, they say i can ask? ask? you do not know? can I talk to the response team(who is the team? cause they aren't responding well at all)? no they will not let you



        Oh did i mention from 12-1pm the office is closed, no assistance at all
