The service was absolutely great, fast, easy, and most importantly professional.



I had my bday party this past Saturday at my parents house. They organized a guest list got me and all of my friends e-mails, did the mailing list, print out the table flyers, got me a website so my friends could confirmed their attendance and click on what they were getting me as a gift.Our host and bartenders knew exactly who I was and what package I had selected. The night went awesome, all my friends dinners where hot and ready and we all had a great night. The most important part of is all I had to do is send BTU or Richie Rich an email and they took care all the trouble organizing everything for me. I'll be emailing them again next year got my bday!!!enjoyed working with the entire team especially Rich and PJ. There is no doubt in my mind that this company will be around for a long time. Best deal in town!

All Bartenders, Servers and Valet employees are AMAZING.

BTU and Rich are AMAZING! The non-profit I volunteer for put me in charge of a big fundraiser after the lady who had been doing it for years suddenly left.

Luckily, I found an invoice from last year's event and called Rich. I'm so happy that I did. Rich and his team are knowledgeable, professional, and such nice people. I am an attorney and (admittedly) a little bit of a type A personality. I wanted someone that would be responsive and organized. Rich is exactly that person. He is extremely focused, practical, and down to earth.

When he had to missed a few days due to the passing of his grandfather, his business partner PJ stepped in and got us through the tough days prior to our event. PJ ran our event flawlessly. We really enjoyed working with them and look forward to recommending them.

The staff from Party Planners Unlimited did a fabulous job for our wedding. I had been familiar with them while living in Rochester, but they were willing to send a bartender and banquet waitress to Buffalo for the wedding.

They showed up early, did a fabulous job of set up and were accomodating when the bar had to be moved, both helped in the service of the meal, and they left their areas cleaner than they found them.

All in all a wonderful event and just awesome service. I highly recommend them if you are hosting a party in your home, at work .. where ever!
