Don’t make the mistake of using Lincare. Do your research and you’ll see how low their services are rated by patients who have used their services. Calls to their office usually go unanswered by their staff, and are answered by an answering service. The answering service is in no position whatsoever to even remotely understand what you are requesting. They no nothing about equipment, supplies, medications, deliveries, or about your care. Absolutely nothing. They will take your name and phone number, but can’t provide any assistance on any level. They simply take a name and number, and pass it on. Be forewarned that if you rely on Lincare, you may be risking your health by being neglected and falling through the cracks within their organization.
