We want all of our customers to be happy. We provided the services that were contracted for, and did additional work at no charge. During the initial phone consultation we recommended a deeper cleaning for a construction cleanup. The customer only wanted a quick wipe down of cabinets, and floors, and a mopping of the basement. The second phone consultation we again told the customer that one Maid for four hours would not be enough for a construction cleanup. Again the customer repeated that all that was needed was a quick wipe down. I wish that this customer would have taken our advice, and had a more thorough cleaning. Then they would have been happy!
