I called this company to have several issues fixed, including a zone that was not working at all. The tech fixed it, but it stopped working again almost immediately. I called to ask them to return to fix their work, and I was told they couldn't come for two weeks. When I explained that this was an unacceptable amount of time to wait for something that we'd already paid for, I was told that the best they could do is put me on their cancellation list. Fortunately, I found another company to come out right away and fix the problem correctly, but I've now paid twice for the same issue. We paid them $325, and I requested a refund in the amount of $169 (for labor and the service call ). The company is refusing to pay this amount.



It appears as though this company used to be reputable. However, upon talking with several other people in the area who've used them recently, I think they've bitten off more than they can chew with the amount of new clients they've taken on.
