        Overall

        Terrible! We had simple water damage from the August flooding. Our carpet was made worse by them. Then, without prior notification, they charged $85/hour for a second treatment which was just as unsuccessful. I ended up cleaning it all myself with some vinegar, steam machine, and some TLC.

        DON"T WASTE YOUR TIME, MONEY, or CARPET.
