        I utilized Butch Jenkins for a DUI charge. Overall I was very disappointed in his services. He rarely returned phone calls never explained what was transpiring during the continuances and provided me when incorrect information during the process WHEN I was able to communicate with him. Presented almost NO defense or info. on extenuating circumstances which , I believe, could have minimized the sentence. He was late in appearing that day in court. He, obviously allowed other cases to take primacy. Before I could even turn around and talk to him, he was headed out the door. No "Goodbye" or "thank you for your business." This was his MO - always tooo busy to be of genuine service to me.I WOULD NEVER recommend him or his firm for any legal matter.
