T J Atkins Frozen Foods

This company is awful!! I bought near $200 worth of the chicken package. When I cooked chicken I called immediately because new something wasn't right with the chicken. I called the sales guy and he said he could change it for me, I didn't hear anything from him for two weeks. Only until he wanted to sale more did he call me. I told him he didn't correct issue with purchase. He said I had to call their cust. service and put in a customer service reportr. Did that with the lady named Beth that works as the Cust rep. Just to make a long story short, they never contacted me after I called over 15 times or corrected problem. The cus.t rep lady took number down said she was going to call. Never happened. LIES!! The sales guy Lue said would take care never did. LIES!! The final straw came when I called to see how will rectify issue he asked if I wanted to buy more. I said No then he hung up in my face. I was cheated, lied to and disrespected. RUN THE OTHER WAY from this company!!
