These guys champion the philosophy of bandaid fixes and endless rescheduled follow-ups. Prepare to lose hundreds in utilities—because they'll constantly claim "repairing" something means getting it to run for 10 minutes before another expensive problem comes up— until you finally give up on Dalton and pay an expert to actually assess and fix the problem. Also, they guys will treat your home/apt like they live there.

If this could get a negative star, I would put it. This company made an appointment, failed to show up and then we proceeded to reschedule 3 separate times. The owner never came and never bothered to even call and say he was not going to come. Wasted over 10 hours of time waiting on them. Completely unreliable.
