        Sam Barnes is one of the greatest attornies in North Carolina. I first met him through retired district judge Thomas RJ Newbern, who then was the Assistant District Attorney to David Beard. I have benefited greatly from his guidance, courtroom demeanor, and sound legal knowledge. He is also an attorney with outstanding ethics.
