        I was pleased with the efficiency , communications skills, knowledge of veterinary science, courtesy, and kindness of the staff.
        The veterinarian LISTENED to me, asked questions and made sure she answered my questions and that I understood her responses. Good visit, I will be making them my permanent veterinary care center. l
