        Overall

        It really depends on who you are dealing with. Verns and Cordell are very professional, responsible and courteous. However, I had a bad experience dealing with others at WSR. Recently I applied for a rental listed on WSR website. My application was approved and the agent said it would take a week or so to clean the place. After more than 10 days, I obtained a cashier's check to sign the lease. However, the rental was as dirty as it was when I applied. The agent said he would get it fixed. I had to ask my utilities companies to postpone my transfer orders. After another week, nothing got fixed except that the stuff left by the former tenant was removed. It's sad that others are celebrating Christmas, my son and I have to sit among the boxes in the messy room, looking at each other.
