Raceway Nissan

I have a classic rare imported 1986 Nissan 300ZR. I figured I would bring it to the dealership to get an oil change because I felt I could trust a dealer much more then a regular shop. My appointment was at 1pm and u didn't get my car back until almost 3pm. But this didn't bother me as much as one of the service technicians attempting to peel off a authentic JDM car inspection sticker off the front windshield!? This sticker was part of the authenticity aspect of my car and I could clearly see someone attempted to chisel away at the sticker with a flat head screwdriver. They couldn't remove it so they just left it hanging halo peeled off and chiseled away at the edges. This is not something that could be replaced and all the service writer said to me over the phone was "oh no I'm sorry." I will never bring my car to this dealer again. Horrible experience from a dealer who emotes are either inadequately trained or just general do not care about the customer. What possessed the individual to chisel away at my windshield still baffles me?!

I've always taken my 350zr to this location and I've always been satisfied with their services. They've replaced my clutch and It's been over two years with no issues. I always rely on them to fix things that are out of my hands. Great people to deal with.

I must say that I had the best time while buying our new Nissan! I dont think anyone actually likes going to a dealer and working out a deal but the folks at Raceway made it enjoyable, now instead of grumbling about a deal we are sharing the great experience we had with everyone! Great job Raceway, keep up the good work and soon you will be the biggest Nissan dealer in Riverside, in our opinion you are already the best! :)
