IN THE CUT BARBERSHOP

At first, as you walk in the guy in dreads named jay greets you like cool people, the energy is chill for awhile. After, the owner jay starts cutting people who come after you first and messes up the whole order. It's cool to squeeze in one person but to squeeze in a second person that's just nuts. The funny part of all their other employee slinky light skinned dude can't cut just anyone's hair or else the owner begins to go nuts. All in all, I went there 3 times and the first time was the best time but the other two times have done it for me. I do not recommend anyone going there. Plus, you can smell the cannabis from outside the shop and the bathroom. The first reviewer was not lying at all. The place seems sketch and you get all kinds of characters in there. Honestly, if that's your kind of crowd then go for it, but I would rather pay a few more bucks and get a better service elsewhere. That shop needs to do something soon or they will plummet to the ground soon.

just got back from the shop,,(in the cut) and my boy JAY took care of me,,,my roomate recomended it and i will b back ,,,,yeeeeaaaahhhhh buddddddyyyyy!!!!!!!!

Im a student at uc riverside ,ive been lookin for a barbershop since i have arrived from northern ca, ive tried a few local shops around the area and most of which were either too costly for me as a student ,,or they were not very skilled at the task of cutting hair,,i was fed up with lookin for a new barber till a friend referred me to Jay @ in the cut barbershop,,,and am i glad i took his advice ,,they are the perfect combination of price and skill,,,all cuts are ten all day everyday the setting is that of a throwback barbershop for men however i did see women and children in the shop enjoying there visit,,,and for ten dollars a cut all day everyday i will b a regular,

In The Cut has a comfortable sports based theme. It's very relaxed, and the people are friendly. It was like getting your hair cut while hanging out with the guys, everyone is talking sports, joking around, and a couple of guys are playing x-box. On top of all this Jay knows what he's doing and will have you looking good in no time. I read the previous review and have to say that what was described was not the environment I walked into. If they were smoking dope and cussing as the other reviewer would have you believe I never saw any of that. It sounds like this person just likes causing problems, at the very least if the want to be taken seriously she could have used the spell check before assassinating the character of a local business!



I will be making In The Cut a part of my routine from now on!

STOP!!, Unless your enjoy being greeted in the face with the smell of --cannabis caoming from the restroom as soon as you walk in the door, of the wonderful sound of the "N" word being used so freely that it really does'nt matter if your a woman or a four year old child, as my grandson is, we took him there last night to get his haircut, and as soon as you walk in-BOOM!, the smell of weed, then BAM! the cuss words and use of the "N" wrod flowed sto freely you would have thought I turned on the water!!.

Now; to the "advertised price, this site says "All hair cuts are $ 10, all year as a year-long grand opening, and that kids under the age of 5 years, are $5, as is students with I.D., which means tht my daughter is either owed $10, or two free hair-cuts, cuz you lied about that--to our face and charged 10 each time!, now unless your pulling the old "bait and switch" practice, either way I'm contacting the BBB, after sending this message to you juys, the YP hopefully ALL of Facebook. and the only reason you have a one-star rating is because before we left last night--only ONE man had the nerve to acknowledge the presence of a child and women .
