The buildings have structural steel mezzanine decking with lightweight concrete flooring for future office expansion. Each building also includes 1,200 SF interior office space and a covered outdoor employee patio with picnic tables and benches. Masonry block walls and wrought iron fencing were also installed.

This 3,000 SF project, designed and built by Gagnier Construction, includes interior office space, ridge skylights, two 12 ft roll-up doors, electrical lighting, floor drains and clean outs for waste dumping. Concrete stairs were designed to maximize access to the upper level.

Construction

New Construction
Located in Riverside, California, Gagnier Construction Company has been providing quality design and construction services since 1980. Privately owned, the company specializes in commercial and industrial projects, although its credits include office, retail and special-use facilities such as the Western Municipal Water Districts Operations Center in Riverside, California and Amway Nutrilite at their two Southern California locations. Nutrilite is the largest manufacturer of branded vitamins and mineral supplements in the world.
Demolition
The original site was the location of an abandoned auto dealership. The scope of work included demolition and removal of 3 existing buildings as well as removal of underground storage tanks and contaminated soil.

Landscaping and Fencing

Landscaping
This project was built using stick and stucco construction with red tile roofing and included extensive site grading and landscaping. Asphalt paving and electrical light standards were also installed per the City codes.
Fencing
The 9 buildings have a total of 32 office suites, 14 with structural mezzanine decking for future office expansion. Each building also includes 1,200 SF interior office space. Masonry block walls fencing and retaining walls were also installed.
Driveways
The building site is at the end of a long driveway, which was re-graded to accommodate large vehicle parking. The driveway required 62 yards of concrete.

As part of this center, three "Greenhouses" were designed and built along with special bus parking and covered patios with outside seating to comfortably handle any size tour group.

Masonry
This masonry block building was constructed on a 2-acre site adjacent to Central Avenue in Chino. The City of Chino required the point of connection for the underground utilities cross Central Ave. In addition the City required the installation of "stamped colored" concrete at all driveway approaches, expansion of the traffic lanes on Central Ave, added left turn lanes and a new traffic signal.
