Mr. Foltz is a fantastic probate attorney. He is very professional, honest and upfront. He handled my dad's probate, even though it was in Los Angeles. On a side note, what a probate attorney makes on any case is set by the court and is calculated as a percentage of the value of the estate, which is also estimated by the court. Filing fee's, referee fee's, the cost for mileage and court call costs are also set by the courts.

This is one lawyer you DO NOT want to hire! He sucks all the money out of your wallet, and leaves you hanging dry. So with that in mind, he also takes way too long to get the job done, and that is what makes his clients really mad. I wish I could make that star rating 1/4 of 1 star because he doesn't deserve 1 full star. That's how bad he is, believe me!!!!
